Ingredients:
150 gms violet yam (ratalu)
1 table spoon groundnut roasted and powdered
Some cashewnuts
1 apple and 1 pomegranate peeled and cut into pieces
1 papaya cut into pieces
1/2 tsp rock salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder (freshly coarsely grounded)
1/2 tsp chat masala
1 cup hung curd
Mint leaves for garnishing
Salt as per taste
Method:
Heat the pan and shallow fry the yam. Then, remove from the gas and transfer into a glass bowl.
Yam contains fibre and can help you to ease your digestion. Also, the recipe contains groundnut which has vitamin B6 and can reduce your bad cholesterol.
