Raw banana, sweet potato snack

  • 100 gms raw banana (chopped)
  • 100 gms sweet potatoes (unpeeled and diced)
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tbsp roasted nuts (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp jeera powder
  • 2 tsp peanuts (roasted and powdered)
  • 2 tsp black sesame
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder (sprinkle)

Method:

  • Take a bowl, mix chopped raw banana and diced sweet.
  • Add roasted nuts which should be finely chopped.
  • Pour heated ghee and add roasted peanuts.
  • Add salt and pepper powder to taste.
  • Garnish it with roasted sesame seeds and sprinkle jeera powder.
  • Serve!

Rainbow chaat

Ingredients:

  • 150 gms violet yam (ratalu)
  • 1 table spoon groundnut roasted and powdered
  • Some cashewnuts
  • 1 apple and 1 pomegranate peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 papaya cut into pieces
  • 1/2 tsp rock salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder (freshly coarsely grounded)
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • Mint leaves for garnishing
  • Salt as per taste

Method:

  • Heat the pan and shallow fry the yam. Then, remove from the gas and transfer into a glass bowl.
  • Add groundnut, cashew nuts chopped, hung curd, fruits and mix well.
  • Add salt and ,rock salt as per your choice.
  • You can add pepper powder to taste.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
  • Serve!
