Want an instant boost of energy early in the morning or after a strenuous workout session? Eat a banana. It will give your body an instant dose of energy. Also Read - 5 foods that can drain your energy and leave you tired

A banana has about 105 calories and helps replenish the low levels of glucose in the blood. It makes for a healthy and cheap snack when you do not have much time to cook anything. If you are someone who works out, you should definitely include bananas in your diet. It has zero fat and good amounts of potassium and carbohydrates. It also contains vitamin B-6, C, magnesium and dietary fibre.
