orangeOrange contains Vitamin B6 which accelerates production of hemoglobin in the system. The juice thereby prevents any cell damage and is beneficial for anyone suffering from anemia. It pumps iron into the blood stream. Additionally, it is a source of calcium, which promotes bone and teeth health. It also helps to lower bad cholesterol levels and protects against inflammation.

Tip: Have at least two glasses of fresh orange juice regularly (preferably unstrained), with the pulp. Avoid adding any sugar. This dose of Vitamin C will help do away with iron deficiency in the system.
