Carrot juice for eyesightCarrots contain certain compounds that make them particularly good for healthy vision. They are responsible for healthy eyesight and could help avert a variety of eye related problems. This is because the beta-carotene present in carrots is converted into Vitamin A, which doesn't just satisfy the required daily intake, but also improves night vision.

Carrots are also a great help when it comes to dealing with indigestion and they can even serve as a great appetizer. If you suffer from indigestion often, sip on some carrot juice at least 20 minutes prior to your meal.
