It contains cholesterol lowering properties that control cholesterol absorption and eliminate cholesterol. Rice bran oil is also a great source of antioxidants. It provides for a healthy immune system, guards against cardiovascular disease and strengthens liver function and boosts energy levels for athletic performances.

Tip: Rice bran oilhas a high smoke point of 254 C and can be used for frying, saut ing, dressing, grilling and baking. It maintains a great balance between both, saturated and unsaturated fats.
