PumpkinThe orange fruit which is synonymous with Halloween packs a lot of vitamin A which is necessary for our body. Pumpkins are loaded with Alpha-carotene and Beta-carotene, which are different types of vitamin A.

They promote healthy vision and immunity. A serving of 100 grams of pumpkin can provide up to 8,513 IU of vitamin A, which is more than enough for maintaining a healthy vision.
