  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 50g Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Red Apple (198g)
  • 25g Strawberry Protein Powder

  1. Cut the apple into small chunks and toss into a blender with the other ingredients. Blend for 2-3 minutes until a smooth batter has formed.
  2. Pour 1/4 of the batter into a non stick pan and spread until it is around 1/2 cm thick (as you can see in the picture).
  3. Cook for round 45 seconds on each side or until desired doneness.
