Delicious bodybuilding and weight loss recipe: Protein icecream

Protein ice-creamIngredients

  • 30g Protein Powder (must be casein or multi-blend)
  • 180ml Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Salt

Method

Add The HealthSite as a Preferred Source Add The Health Site as a Preferred Source

  1. Fill a large freezer bag with ice and add the salt (this helps to keep the ice cooler for longer).
  2. Mix the protein powder and almond milk in a smaller freezer bag and make sure it is secure (unless you want salty ice cream!).
  3. Put the small bag in the large bag and shake for 5-10 minutes (this is where your hands get cold!)
  4. Let it sit in the ice bag for a further 5 minutes.
  5. Remove, serve and be amazed!!
