Actors play multiple roles throughout the year, and each role demands different look and body shape, requiring them to lose or gain weight. Some Bollywood stars are known for their incredible body transformation to suit their roles. The latest in the list is Kriti Sanon, who had to gain 15 kg to do justice her role of a surrogate mother in 'Mimi' that is currently streaming on Netflix.

See her now, and nobody would believe she went through any physical transformation recently. The 31-year-old actress is back in shape already. Wondering how she lost those 15 kg so quickly?

The actress took to Instagram to share a workout video showcasing how she lost the weight post the film's shoot. And it wasn't that easy! The actress can be seen working out really hard trying to shed those extra kilos.

She also revealed she kept her dance number, Param Sundari, for later, and that served as her motivation to get back in shape.

She wrote, "While putting on 15kgs for Mimi was a challenge, losing those kilos wasn't easy for Chubby Sanon either! and.. I had kept Param Sundari for later so i have the motivation to get back in shape!"

According to the actress, this is the first time she had put on so much weight. She said she did not work out for 3months (not even yoga!) to gain weight for the role, which brought her stamina, strength and flexibility to Zero!
