In the latest video shared by Celebrity trainer Namrata Purohit, Janhvi is seeing sweating it out with her in the gym. The Dhadak actress is seen working on her core and motivating everyone to hit the grind.
Janhvi completed numerous Pilates reformer movements in the video, which, according to Namrata, assist to work on the core and make it burn.' As the hit social media song "Listen To Me Now" played in the background, the couple performed their performance.

Namrata Purohit, Bollywood's favourite Pilates instructor, recently shared a video of Janhvi practising core-strengthening exercises on Instagram. She shared the video with the caption, "Just two girls working on the core and making it burn @janhvikapoor."
In the video, they are seeing balancing their body with the help of their arms on a small box attached to a reformer. The reformer aids in the development of a strong core and excellent posture. It should only be used under the supervision of a certified Pilates teacher if you are a novice.
Purohit shared that the exercise helps work the core and make it 'burn'. Later in the video, Janhvi and her trainer do variations of the Pilates exercise by elevating the hip, then alternating lifting the right and left knees, then back kicks.
Pilates has gained popularity in recent years. It is a whole-body workout programme that aims to improve everyday activities and quality of life. Despite the fact that core strength is emphasised, it is not the final aim. The objective is rather to use that core strength to build effective and long-lasting movement patterns throughout the body.
