Want to shred that fat off your abs? Then the hanging leg raise is one exercise that has to be part of your regime. It's usually done by holding a pull-up bar or using abs straps.
How to do
Step 1: Get up on a stool and hold the pull-up bar.
Step 2: If you find it difficult to grip the pull-up bar properly and balance your bodyweight, use abs straps. After you suspend yourself, slowly raise your knee until they're perpendicular to the ground and then straighten your legs.
Step 3: This entire movement is one rep. Repeat for 15-20 times and do three sets.
Tips: Make sure you do this exercise in a slow and calm manner, balancing your body will take some time. You shouldn't be swinging your torso and as you get better you can actually make it tougher by adding weights.
