Bengal gram flour (besan) 2 tbsp
Whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) 1 1/2 tbsp
Fresh low-fat curds (optional) 2 tsp
Asafoetida (hing)
Sugar
Oil 1 tsp
Oil for greasing 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
For Serving
Green chutney 3 tbsp
Sweet and sour sauce 3 tbsp
