Almonds are loaded with a wide range of nutrients like vitamin E, omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, magnesium and riboflavin which play a key role in enhancing your brain function. Nutrients like riboflavin and L-carnitine increase the neurological activity and improve brain function. While magnesium is necessary for proper functioning of nerves present in the brain, omega-3 fatty acids and omega-6 fatty acids help to increase your intellectual level. Almonds not only improve your brain performance and memory, but also boost your energy levels. This exam season, munch on a few almonds each morning before your exams.
