Shakuntla Devi, who shed 83kg with no miracle formula other than Yoga, has left the world astounded with her transformation at this age. She went from 123 to 40 kg and performed different yoga asanas on screen. It is the viral reel that showcased her strength, flexibility and great strength on Laughter Chef's show. Shakuntla Devi comes from Amritsar, and she has dedicated her life to Yoga, which was not that easy.
