Hitting the gym? Make sure you have packed in all the essentials. Here are a few must-haves that need to be in your workout bag.

Water bottle: Hydration is the key. Keep water on hand with a sleek water bottle.

Hair accessories: You certainly don't want your hair to come in your way when you are working out, so make sure you pack your scrunchies and hairband. Carry a comb too.

Deodorant: After a sweaty hour in the gym, you will definitely need a body spray. Keep one handy in your bag.

Sports bra: You surely need one to support your breasts and to avoid any harm to the underlying tissues. Get one that fits well.

Clothes: Apart from your gym clothes, you also need fresh ones that you can change into after the workout.

Shoes and socks: You won't be training bare-feet in the gym so make sure you pack in your shoes and a fresh pair of socks.

Towel: Admit it; you will sweat when you work out, so a towel will come in handy to wipe it off. Keep one in your gym bag.
