To gain something, you have to lose something. The old adage holds true in certain situations in life, but not when it comes to being healthy. Some might believe that health nazis miss out on all the fun, but that is far from the truth. To be healthy one does not have to sacrifice anything, but only enjoy living a healthy lifestyle that is good for their body. To get an idea of what I am talking about, here are 10 signs that people who have embraced and chosen a life of good health will connect with.

1. You feel depressed if your gym is closed

2. You don't think twice about being rude, and decline all packaged food offered to you

3. You feel jubilant when you reach a target, that you had set for yourself (like losing 5 kgs or pulling off 50 push-ups in a go!)

Time to set a new target, or decay is inevitable.

4. You feel extremely cranky if a guest arrives during your gym hours

Needless to say, you make up for it by exercising some other time in the day.

5. You drink beer (or wine) not to get high, but for the health benefits!
