- Identify a very good reason to stop smoking --- e.g: protect your children from second-hand smoke; to look or feel younger. You will need plenty of support when you decide to kick this addiction. So involve your family and friends who can encourage you to stay the path.

-'You have to stop completely and instantly. You cannot reduce your smoking and then plan to stop gradually. It will never happen.'
