TikToker Natasha Allen, a well-known name in the creator world, who has openly shared her battle with a rare type of cancer for 5 years, has died at the age of 28. Her family members took to Instagram to announce that the TikToker passed away on August 22, after living with synovial sarcoma cancer for five years.
The statement posted to her official account on Instagram read, "Natasha was a beautiful soul full of love, kindness, and joy. She touched countless hearts, and she was a big advocate for synovial sarcoma awareness. Her spirit will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her. Any donations will go towards her service; any remaining funds will go towards synovial sarcoma research."
TikToker Natasha Allen first opened up about her diagnosis of synovial sarcoma cancer in the year 2020, following knee surgery, for what doctors initially thought was a cyst. Surprisingly, the mass turned out to be a cyst. Reportedly, the 28-year-old TikToker underwent chemotherapy, radiation, tumour extraction, and eventually reached remission in spring 2021. But later that year, the cancer had returned as stage 4 and spread to her lungs.

Updating about her journey with a quirky caption, TikToker Natasha Allen posted on March 20: "Chemo faces phases I am so incredibly weak after three 10-hour days of chemo, can you believe I do this cuz I want to live this badly!!! Do I wanna do this again? No. Will I? YES! 2 weeks and I am back at it. This dumb cancer hasn't seen the last of me."
Synovial sarcoma, also known as malignant synovioma, is a cancer that can occur in different types of soft tissues, such as muscle or ligaments.
