How to use it?

If you are suffering from a sore throat or a bad cough, drink star anise tea. Here's how to prepare it at home.

Add two anise seed pods in a cup of boiling water. Let it boil for over 15 minutes. Do not add tea leaves. Once done, strain the contents. You can add few drops of honey or lemon juice to enhance its flavour. Drink this tea thrice a day to avail its immunity-boosting benefits and prevent cough and cold this winter.
