Gas troubles are very common nowadays and it's mostly due to our unhealthy lifestyle and wayward eating habits. Regular consumption of junk and spicy food, carbonated and sugary beverages also contribute to the gas build-up. Foods like broccoli, cabbages, pulses, dairy products are known to cause flatulence. You might pop a pill to relieve yourself from acidity or drink fruit salts to get rid of the gas, but why depend on medicines for relief when you can use natural remedies for gas trouble?

Saffron is one such natural remedy that can offer relief from persistent gas troubles.
