Kendall Jenner, 30, a member of the leading reality TV show, The Kardashians opens up about the perfect remedy to pulling herself out from negative headspace. In a recent interview the 30-year-old supermodel shares that she is lucky to have such an awesome support system around her.

She's A Talker

Kendal said, "I'm very lucky to have such an awesome support system around me. Not only family, but friends. I have some of the best friends in the world and we're like a little family as well. I feel like I'm the luckiest girl in the world to say that I have a good network of people I can call at any given moment and get some of the best advice and to really uplift me."

The supermodel says that she's a talker and often times when she needs a reminder that she's worth it, all it takes is a meaningful phone call. She told the media, "I'm a talker. I love conversation and I really love deep talks. Anytime I have a friend who I can truly call and sit on the phone with for hours and just kind of get extremely deep and personal, it's my favorite thing ever."

The 30-year-old has always been candid about her struggle with anxiety. In a previous interview, she told a media outlet that she is a negative thinker. She said in a 2024 interview, "That's my problem. I'm always worrying about something that may never happen...I don't see why I shouldn't be honest about it. In my career right now I feel really stable, really hopeful. But I've had a tough two months. I haven't been myself, and my friends see it. I'm more sad than usual. I'm way more anxious than usual."

Kendal added, "So I'm not going to sit here and act like everything's perfect. That's life I'm always going to be in and out of those feelings. In past interviews, when someone's asked me about my mental health, it's always been, 'I'm great right now, but this is what I've dealt with.' Well, right now I'm actually in it."

Signs Of Anxiety

Some of the most common signs of anxiety and depression, according to the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) include:

  • Often feeling sad or anxious
  • Avoiding activities that used to be fun
  • Easily frustrated' irritable or restless
  • Difficulty in falling asleep or staying asleep
  • Waking up too early or sleeping too much
  • Craving for food or having no appetite
  • Physical health problems that do not improve with treatment
  • Having trouble concentrating, remembering details or making decisions
  • Feeling exhausted even after sleeping well
  • Thinking negatively about yourself
  • Thinking about suicide or hurting yourself

"Depression is more than just feeling down or having a bad day. When a sad mood lasts for a long time and interferes with normal, everyday functioning, you may be depressed," the CDC explains. There are multiple ways you can treat depression and anxiety including getting therapy or taking medications.
