1. Drink two cups of herbal tea daily: Drinking two cups of herbal tea each day can go a long way in preventing the bloat. You can choose from chamomile, peppermint, ginger or fennel tea. These ingredients will not only aid digestion but will also help create a sense of calm to help reduce stress.

2. Eat probiotics: Balancing the bacteria in your gut through fermented foods will help create a healthy microbiome and thus eliminate the chances of bloating. So make sure that you add a lot of probiotics to your diet. Here are 3 worst food combinations that cause bloating.

3. Drink bone broth daily: Bone broth can help nourish your gut and your digestive lining. Bone broth can also be anti-inflammatory which will prevent an upset stomach. So drinking bone broth daily may help prevent bloating.

4. Change how you eat your vegetables: If you are on a raw food diet, you should immediately switch to eating cooked vegetables. Your body will find it difficult to digest raw foods so just a few minutes of saut ing can do the trick.

5. Remove inflammatory foods from your diet: Remove any foods that trigger bloating or an inflammatory response. Consumption of everything from gluten, raw vegetables, sugar, and refined dairy products should be limited if not removed.

6. Replace your tea with carbonated beverages: You may think that drinking carbonated beverages may help you deal with bloating but this not true.
