Factors That May Contribute To Both Diabetes And Uterine Cancer

ICMR stated in their study that these two condition seem like they are not linked at all. However, that is not one hundred percent true. They state that there is one common factor linking the two serious diseases in a very strong thread and which is, obesity. One of the cause of endometriosis is obesity and the same goes for type 2 diabetes. Even if a person was not diabetic before might develop it if they are above their normal weight. Obesity or being overweight interrupts normal hormone production. This causes a disruption of insulin secretion thereby leading to diabetes. Imbalances in hormonal production will eventually lead to cell growth and spread, causing uterine cancer. Therefore, the two things that connect uterine cancer with type two diabetes are obesity and hormonal imbalances.
