Hina Khan Cancer News: In a recent interview, Indian Television actor Hina Khan - who is battling stage III breast cancer, opened up about ignoring the initial symptoms thinking it was just an infection.
Speaking to Farah Khan, Hina said she felt symptoms during her recent appearance on Bigg Boss but didn't think that it would be cancer. "I knew something was wrong, but I didn't want to leave the shoot and get myself checked kyuki mujhe yeh nahi pata tha ki itna galat kuch hai. You don't think so extreme ki ... haan the hai kuch test kara lenge koi ni, koi infection ho gaya hoga... that's what I had in my mind. But yes, I had symptoms while shooting."
TV fame Hina Khan is currently battling stage three breast cancer. She has shared several posts on her IG handle about how she is coping with the disease and managing the side effects of chemotherapy. Hina has also emphasized the importance of early cancer diagnosis while speaking on a show on World Cancer Day. In an interview with ANI, the actress highlighted the importance of timely medical intervention in handling cancer cases. "On this World Cancer Day, I want to thank the government's initiatives like Ayushman Bharat. I have seen it in Tata Memorial Hospital and many other hospitals. The people now have the chance of timely treatment which is very important," Hina quoted as saying.
