A drink that helps to add taste back into the day! Soluble fibre (pectin) present in the apple skin helps to keep blood sugar levels under a check. Jamun (black plum) is considered as a traditional medicine that helps pancreas release insulin (a hormone that is necessary to control blood sugar levels) and control diabetes. It is a good source of vitamin C and is also rich in calcium and phosphorous. Enjoy this juice without straining it because fibre being an important nutrient for diabetics should be retained in the juice.
