#1. ‘I recently treated a 60-year-old male patient, from Dubai, for a flaccid penis. Along with treating the person with drugs like Viagra, we decided to treat him with an inflatable penile implant at our hospital. This was done by inserting artificial sacks inside the scrotum, which are connected by a tube to the penis. When these sacks are pressed, the saline rushes to the penis raising it using hydraulics.
