So on and so forth our everyday resolutions but are they made to ditch them after few days or a month? What is the reason? Is it because of bad habits? Well, whatever might be the cause, master these expert tricks to stick to your goals and achieve them.

Set a realistic and practical date

If you want to set a goal like lose weight in 15 days and want to keep to it, then set a date that works for you. Most people tend to start a new routine in the New Year, before their birthday, on a Monday, etc. Whatever you choose just stick to it and follow it without fail.

List all the positive facts

In some cases, it is difficult to analyse what is good and what is bad for you. If that is your problem, list all the positive points about why you want to change a particular behaviour. Share your plans (only if it works for you)

If you plan to quit smoking, think before you discuss it with your closed ones. Because some people might find it useful to share their thoughts with others who might boost their confidence. However, some might feel that sharing their aims puts pressure on them. So think twice and do whatever you feel will work for you.

Understand your emotional drivers

The key reason to quit your weight loss plan half-way is giving in to your cravings. Understand your emotional triggers first factors that might cause you to quit a certain thing and how to overcome them. Keep a tab on your negative traits and plan your stuff accordingly. Never be harsh on yourself
