Nobody wants to roam with a throbbing headache, fever, vomiting sensation clubbed with bouts of burping and farting. But truly, that's what happens when you suffer indigestion. Simply put, indigestion or dyspepsia is a disease of the gastrointestinal organs where the stomach and small intestine refuses to function normally.

  • High fibre foods- Oranges, mango etc
  • Fried food- Fries, chips, junk food etc
  • Soft drinks- aerated drinks
  • Nuts- groundnuts, cashews etc
  • Even starchy food like potatoes (should be had in less or no quantity).
