I am 20-years-old and lately I've been having minor headaches frequently. I read somewhere that coffee helps cure headache. However, I don't want to get addicted to it. What should I do?

Coffee only cures minor headaches. Caffeine[1] stimulates your nervous system and relieves you of pain naturally. It's a common ingredient in prescriptions and over-the-counter medications for headaches. There are many reasons for you to get frequent headaches. It's a very common complaint in adults, and almost everyone experiences it. Although if you're experiencing it on a regular basis, you should consult a doctor. You can check for these signs before you go for a consultation.

Since you do not want to rely only on coffee to get rid of a headache, you can try out these five natural remedies to get rid of headaches. Another method that should work is taking power naps or meditation for 8-10 minutes. You can also consume green tea as it is healthy and soothing.
