How Is Black Coffee Good For Fatty Liver Disease?

Coffee contains caffeine and this is the most widely known fact but did you know that it also contains a lot of other chemicals which may benefit your health? According to research, it more than 1000 chemicals. More research regarding this is underway and experts are trying to understand the exact relation between coffee, our body and fatty liver disease. Here are some research findings:

  1. When our body digests caffeine, a chemical called paraxanthine is released. This chemical can reduce the pace of the growth of the scar tissue involved in fibrosis. Prevention of the growth of scar tissue can help prevent cancer, fight cancer, alcohol-related cirrhosis, non-alcohol-related fatty liver disease, and hepatitis C.
  2. Coffee also contains two more significant chemicals called, kahweol and cafestolm both known to fight cancer. More research regarding how it works in underway. Experts say that if unsweetened coffee is taken in moderate amounts, it may work alongside the main treatments for the most common kind of liver cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma.
  3. Unsweetened black coffee is found to also help prevent liver cirrhosis. fibrosis, hepatitis B and C and non-alcohol-related fatty liver disease.
  4. Research published in the Journal WebMD says that these impacts may happen to your body if you drinki about 1 to 3 cups of coffee everyday and not more than that. This may help your liver health, reduce symptoms of fatty liver, prevent liver cirrhosis and fibrosis. It is known to slow down all the symptoms of fatty liver disease.
