You should cut down on refined sugar along with carbohydrates: If you consume excess sugar it can elevate your blood pressure, can deplete the vitamins and minerals and can even cause gout. Moreover, it can also increase your triglycerides level and LDL- bad cholesterol. So, just say no to cakes, candy, canned soup, juices, biscuits and pasta sauces as they are jam-packed with sugar.
You should cut down on sodas: They can damage your bones as they contain phosphoric acid which is the main culprit. According to a study, those who sipped on colas had a low bone mineral density. So, give up on them now!
