Let us admit this -we don't bathe properly. With hardly any time for a shower, all we can manage is to quickly wash off and head out of the bathroom. Most of us, therefore, tend to skip creases on our body. These areas are a bit sensitive and tend to attract sweat and dirt easily. A hygiene routine of these areas becomes utterly important because the skin there is folded. The first step of cleaning your creases is knowing where all of them are and making sure that you clean them every day while taking a bath, no matter what. Here's a step-by-step cleaning regimen of all the body creases:
1. Know your crease points and make sure that you clean those every day.Back of your ear, corner of your nose, your neck creases, underarms, the inner side of the elbow, wrist, under your boob area, waistline, bikini area, behind the knees, under the butt cheek. These are the areas you should clean.
2.Scrubbing: Use a mild scrub to exfoliate the dead skin cells from there. In circular motion slowly continue the process for almost 2 mins. Rinse.
