While anxiety is more associated with mental health, there are a lot of ways it is seen in your body language too. Overthinking: Your mind is never at rest. Either you are tensed about the situation, the future or things around you or having second thoughts about your own actions all the time. Always worried: You question everyone s intentions. You doubt and misinterpret everything people do or say and then regret it yourself. Sometimes you even end up being worried about inanimate objects or things. It sure is difficult for someone without anxiety issues to understand why you would do that.
Arrogance: All is well and suddenly the anxiety hits in. You lose control of your own self and it s like you have a chaos in your mind. While others are very normal, a little nervous at the most, you may even go to the extent of feeling dizzy.
