Given the harmful chemicals they contain, you might be worried about breathing it and some people even prefer to tie a scarf or kerchief around their noses while spraying their homes. If you are thinking of dialling a pest control service, beware of the lung problems and the obnoxious smell that you have to live with for few days. To make things easier, try to use natural, home made repellents to get rid of common pests.

Garlic for mosquitoes

The strong and pungent odour of this easily available kitchen ingredient does the trick. All you need to do is crush few pods of garlic, boil them in water and spray this solution in your house. White vinegar for ants
