Quitting smoking was tough, but definitely worth it! In fact, even after such a long time, I can still clearly remember a lot of the things that I went through during the first month. The constant chatter in the head probing me to smoke one and find relief really took a toll on my happiness, and I had to find ways to survive. Here are some things, that I clinged on to for support.
