We, women, are caregivers by nature and yet, we hardly devote any time in caring for ourselves. The family could be our first priority, but putting ourselves second will serve no one. In fact, not caring for ourselves is irresponsible as it can lead to low-productivity; poor health and a total burn out. Here are reasons why you should start a self-care practice today.
