I have been very particular about the bathing soaps I use especially during winters. Skin tends to get drier during winters and soaps really make your skin even more dry unless you really use a good moisturiser. You might want to know good moisturisers suggested by real people for winters. However, no moisturiser will be able to do justice to dryness caused by soaps as many soaps tend to stip off the natural oils from your skin. Recently, I really wanted to use baby soaps and see if it has the same effects on our skin as it has on babies whether it really gives soft, moisturised skin or not. Therefore, I purchased Johnson's baby body soap and used it for more than 20 days. Here are its effects on my skin(Note- I have normal to dry skin):
1. It has an amazing fragrance and keeps my body smell awesome for at least 7-8 hours easily during winters.
2. It made my skin less dry as compared to the normal body soaps for adults.
3. I couldn't see any difference in the softness of skin.
4. In comparison, it did make my skin smoother.
5. It is easy to use in terms of its size and shape.

6. It doesn't last for long though. Mine got over in 10-12 days
7. It doesn't lather too much. It has soft creamy lather.
8. It isn't much of a fuss to wash the lather away
9. It does clean the dirt better.
10. It is not harsh on the skin, probably because it is meant for babies.
This was an overall experience of mine with this soap. But on the whole, I would really recommend you to try this out to see the difference for yourself and let us know if really worked for you. For extremely dry skin I believe baby soaps will be a good replacement to make. Since it is winters already, you must also be careful with makeup removers making your skin drier, you might want to read how I used just coconut oil to clean my face for 24 days and why I am never going back to expensive cleansers.
