Tips to deal with a zit
Since it is cystic acne, it is best that you do not pop out the whitehead and just wait for it to reduce or see a dermatologist to have it out. If you just pop or squeeze the whitehead, it is possible that the complete blockage will not come out which would mean that the area could become inflamed again to result in a breakout. To prevent your pore from getting blocked again, use a salicylic acid treatment to remove excess oil and keep the pore clear.
