Try this amla and coconut oil hair mask to control hairfall

Who doesn t like to have the long, black tresses? But factors like lack of moisture and unhealthy food and lifestyle habits causes the hair to fall. All these also reduce its sheen and make them look frizzy and dull. If you have been seeing a lot of hair strands on your comb of late, you could try using this all-natural hair mask to control hair fall. Also, try using this mask to rejuvenate dull, dry and frizzy hair.

Steps to prepare:

  • Take two teaspoons of Indian gooseberry powder or amla in a bowl.
  • Then add two tablespoon virgin or organic coconut oil to the mixture and mix well. If the coconut oil is solid, melt it in the microwave first.
  • Next add 1 tablespoon castor oil to the mixture.
  • Finally had 4-5 drops of rosemary essential oil and mix all the ingredients well. Your hair mask is ready to apply.

  • With the help of a brush, apply this mixture evenly on your scalp.
  • Ensure that you apply the mask all over your scalp and then cover it with a shower cap.
  • Leave it for approximately 2 hours and then wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
