Leaving your makeup on during the night can also lead to rashes, pimples and acne.

Benefits of milk
Milk is a natural toner and an essential ingredient in so many face packs. Milk is also my go-to ingredient to get rid of tan during summers. All you need to do is apply some chilled milk on your skin once you are back from outdoors and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash it off and repeat every day to stay tan-free. Coming back to make-up removal, all you need is a clean cloth or cotton ball. Dip it in milk and dab it gently on and around your eyes. Now wipe off all your eye make-up and face make-up and wash your face with lukewarm water. Milk is an excellent moisturiser too and hence will leave your skin soft and fresh. Milk works perfectly for sensitive and oily skin. If you have used a lot of foundation base and heavy make-up, milk may not be very effective in getting rid of the creaminess from the face. In that case, it is best to use good products to prevent any damage to the skin. Milk is an effective make-up remover if you are only into eye make-up when stepping out.
