We all tend to take care of our other body parts. But we often neglect your inner thighs. Yes! Inner thigh is the most neglected area. Dr Apratim Goel, dermatologist and laser surgeon Director, Cutis skin studio, Mumbai explains, Inner thighs can become darker due to pigmentation, fungal infections, thickening of skin, ingrown hair, boils and rash post waxing. Stretch marks, especially after weight loss and workout, can also cause pigmentation.
Mix oats, almonds, cucumber and grind them together. Mix them in yoghurt or cream. Scrub your thighs with it for 10 minutes. Wash with warm water. This removes pigmentation as well as makes the skin soft.
Take 2 tsp of besan (gram flour) and tsp of turmeric powder. Mix it with milk cream to form a paste. Apply on thighs for 10-12 minutes. Wash with warm water. The abrasive action of the flour will loosen and cleanse dead skin and the milk cream has a moisturizing and skin lightening effect.
Lemon juice acts as a natural bleaching agent. So, apply it on the inner thigh to lighten them.
Apply oatmeal and almond paste, curd, and fresh tomato juice.
