The best way to break down your makeup: Micellar water is the best make up remover. It has minute oil micelles suspended in soft water and is attracted to grim oil and dirt and helps to deep cleanse the pores without making skin dry.
What about using oils for removing makeup? Virgin olive oil or cold pressed coconut oil both can be used to cleanse make up. Pure form of oils are good for even removing eye makeup in one go without stripping the skin off its essentials oils.
Natural ways to remove makeup: Natural ingredients like oils, especially coconut, almond and castor oil can be used to cleanse makeup. Other than that, steam also helps to unclog pores and helps in effective and safe removal of makeup. If time permits, you can also quickly use a paste of cucumber and milk. Is it recommended to scrub our skin after removing makeup? Scrubbing isn t an ideal way to remove makeup as it ends up causing micro abrasions on the skin, which would result in breakouts. You could face more of skin irritation and redness with coarse scrubs. Keep in mind to always prefer finer scrubs. Also scrubbing once in a week to cleanse the dead layer of skin is good enough time gap.
Give your eyes extra attention when removing makeup is important: Extra effort is needed to remove eye makeup as it is usually water proof and needs either oils or micellar water to cleanse it.
