Aloe vera acts as a natural healing agent and skin softener. Apply fresh aloe vera gel to your stretch marks and leave on for 20-30 minutes, later rinse it off with tepid water. Do it daily and you will see the results in a few days.
This is a popular home remedy for skin health and is also known to help reduce stretch marks. Cocoa butter is made from cocoa beans. Apply and leave it overnight for best result. If used during and after pregnancy, it can make your stretch marks disappear completely.
Rubbing a sugar scrub on the affected area will exfoliate the skin and lightens your stretch marks. To make the scrub, mix one cup sugar with 1/4 cup of almond oil or coconut oil, add some lemon juice in it. Use the scrub several times a week before taking shower. Rub the mixture on the part of your body where the stretch marks are for 8-10 minutes.
Coconut has healing properties and studies have found that it can heal skin wounds quickly. Applying virgin coconut oil on the part of your body where the stretch marks daily might help reduce the red appearance.
While lemon juice helps heal and reduce scars, cucumber juice gives the cool soothing effect, making your skin look fresh. Mix equal quantities of lime juice and cucumber juice and apply the mixture on the affected areas till it gets soaked up by the skin. Leave it for approx. 10 minutes and rinse it off using warm water.
