Your skin needs regular care, and there are many natural ingredients in your kitchen that you can include in your skincare regimen to get clear, glowing skin.
Glowing Skin: Besan and Rosewater
Mix two tablespoons each of besan (gram flour) and rose water to make a thick paste.
Apply all over your face and rub it into the skin in a gentle circular motion.
Leave to dry and rinse off with warm water after 15 minutes.
The perfect DIY mask for people with oily skin who wants to get glowing skin. Use this once a week for best results.
Dull Skin: Orange Peel and Yogurt
Take 1 tbsp of orange dry peel powder and 2 tbsp of yoghurt and mix well.
Apply on the face and wash off after 20 minutes to get clear, fresh, and uptight looking skin.
De-tan and Pigmentation: Curd and Honey
Mix 2 tablespoons curd (plain yoghurt) & 1 teaspoon honey and apply the pack as a thick layer on the skin.
Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water.
Curd or yoghurt contains naturally produced enzymes and acids that remove the tan and exfoliate the skin. Honey, on the other hand, contains AHA which helps fight pigmentation.

Stay away from dairy, fried foods, sugar foods that can cause clogged pores and dull skin.
Vitamins A, C, D3, B Complex are mostly essential for skin and if you have a deficiency, kindly have supplements to correct it.

Cleansing: The skin is deeply & thoroughly cleaned with complete dirt removal. Makeup should be removed. Cold milk, cream or baby oil can be used to cleanse dry skin.
Bleaching: Mild bleaching of the skin when done, removes dead cells as well as bleaches all the fine hair. However dry skin can get worse with bleaching.
Exfoliate: Mild exfoliation with homemade scrub ensures thorough removal of makeup, dirt, grime and dead cells from the skin.
Steaming: Try at home if it's possible but avoid overdoing it. It improves circulation by dilating the blood vessels. It also helps melt the oil and grime from clogging up the pores and helps in the easy extraction of the blackheads. Since the dead skin layer is exfoliated, the products applied to penetrate the skin work better. It rejuvenates the skin by aiding in faster cell renewal and stimulates collagen formation.
Massage: Give your face 10 min gentle and rhythmic strokes of the massage during a facial. This helps relax the muscles, thus increasing the blood supply and slowing down the ageing process by reducing wrinkles. Use the moisturizing formulas mentioned below for massage.
