Different fillers give different results: The best fillers are made of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring sugar in the body. Hyaluronic acid helps the skin attain its natural moisture and softness. However, there are four best options of lip fillers available today Juvederm Ultra, Restylane Silk, Belotero and Juvederm Volbella. Go for Juvederm Ultra if you want to pump up the volume of the lip, Restylane Silk if you want a subtle plumping, Boletero if you want a less detected augmentation and Juvederm Volbella if you want a long lasting effect.

Fillers are temporary: Fillers like Juvederm Ultra, and Belotero last five to six months in the lip area after which they are absorbed. However, Juvederm Volbella can last up to a year. Here are 5 cosmetic procedures to look younger.

You need preparation: If you are taking aspirin or ibuprofen or Vitamin E, it is important that you stop taking them one week before your appointment. They can thin the blood bruising. Also, make sure that you stop taking alcohol at least two weeks before the appointment.

Expect some swelling and bruising after treatment: After you are injected, you can expect some swelling and bruising. Using a cold compress after the treatment can be helpful to reduce the swelling. You can also get bumps after injection which you can feel with your tongue.

You may not be the right candidate for lip filler: If you are looking to reduce the space from the bottom of the nose to the lip filler may work against it by exaggerating the area. You should instead go for a quick surgical method called lip lift. On the other hand, you should get the fillers for defining your upper and lower lips and for making them look full.

Lip fillers are expensive: The prices of lip fillers vary depending on the qualification of the expert as well as the location. It can cost you anything between five to six lakhs for Juvederm Ultra. Beat ageing like the celebs do with dermal fillers.
