Working women have barely any time to truly take care of themselves. But, both working women and housewives alike want to look good. Luckily, I can give you some basic tips that can quickly give you the skin you want, without taking up the time you don t have. Read on to learn my beauty tips for working women.
Cleanse
Cleansing your skin is simple if you follow a few basic rules. Firstly, please avoid soap. Dermatologists around the world don t recommend using soap on the skin because it has a high basic pH, while skin has a pH of 5.5. Unbalancing the skin with the wrong pH can result in dry or irritated skin with a higher risk of allergy and infection. Instead of soap, look for cleansing oils for dry skin, or non-foaming or sulfate-free cleansers for normal to combination skin. This will cleanse your skin without stripping the nourishment.
If you have oily skin, then look for face washes with salicylic acid. This ingredient is ideal for getting rid of oiliness while also preventing those pesky zits. Also, you need to wash your face twice a day, not more than that. So no rushing to the sink to cleanse during the day. Cleanse once in morning and evening and you are done! Watch - how to choose the right cleanser and face wash.
Treat
It s definitely possible to treat your skin with these insider guidelines. Look for vitamin C in products and make sure your morning cream contains at least 10% of it. This will brighten your skin and also work to protect it from environmental damage while giving you an anti-ageing boost. It is ideal for all types of skin.
Then for the evening, look for alpha-hydroxy acids or retinol as skin maintaining actives in a serum or treatment cream. These agents will truly revitalise your skin while acting on pigmentation, acne, marks, fine lines and more.
Moisturise
Moisturising is extremely important for any working girl, because it helps maintain your skin s hydration. Whether you have oily skin or dry skin, there is a moisturiser for you. For oily or acne-prone skin, gels may be the best. While for combination skin, lotions are ideal. For dry skin, look for heavier cold cream options. Apply twice daily for best results. Sunscreen
Wear your sunscreen no matter what. Adding sunblock to your skincare regimen is the most important thing in your routine. It will prevent so many skin issues that you cannot even think of when you are younger, such as dullness, tanning, freckles, pigmentation, ageing, large pores and more! So wear at least SPF30 and above and use copious amounts of it to keep your skin looking young and fresh for longer.
