If you have dry skin bothering you, then the milk cream or malai lying in your fridge could just be ideal.Milk cream is considered to be one of the best natural moisturisers. It is made up of fatty acids that exfoliate the skin and make up for the lost moisture. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that can soothe dry and itchy skin. Plus, the lactic acid in it helps to get rid of bacteria that can cause dryness and itchiness. Milk cream is very soothing to the skin and can maintain the skin s delicate pH levels. Did you know milk cream can also help lighten your complexion?

How to use?

  • To two teaspoons of milk cream, add one teaspoon of milk.
  • Also add a few drops of lemon juice.
  • Rub it on your face, hands and legs and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
  • Then wash it off with lukewarm water.
  • Apply this once daily to retain the skin s lost moisture.

So the next time you boil milk, make sure that you remove the malai and use it to moisturise your skin.
