Face mist is one of the products that finds a place in my handbag whenever I am traveling long distance. I once tried something that resembled a spray but was just soap water and left my face feeling sticky. I then tried the Herbs & more Vitamin Therapie face mist which was nice. I then came across a new face mist come toner by La Roche-Posay. It s their latest introduction and is available on a few websites online. I am a big fan of La Roche Posay and highly recommend their face wash. It s given me amazing skin texture and glow.
Obviously, I was super excited to try the La Roche-Posay Serozinc face mist and I am not disappointed. Here s my take on it:

The packaging is exactly like a deodorant can and hence easy to carry while on the go. Its spray nozzle is the best one I have seen so far in the face mist category. Even after a few sprays on my face, I didn t have the liquid dripping from my face. It settled just perfectly and I was able to wipe it out with complete ease.
The face mist is made of just 3 basic ingredients water, zinc sulphate and astringent sodium chloride. It doesn t have any chemicals or additional fragrances which is another USP of the product. Find out how harmful the ingredients in your skincare products can be. I don t like my face to smell of the creams or any other products I apply. The face mist leaves my face feeling refreshed and completely hydrated, something that water can t. Hence I prefer using it whenever I want to get rid of the grime, dust and tired look from my face. I don t need to apply a moisturiser after this. Here s why you must apply a moisturiser after you wash your face.
If you have oily skin like mine, it will surely help you get rid of the excess oiliness for 4-5 hours. I am not sure if it works on acne as I haven t seen any major difference.
The 150ml can is priced at Rs800 which might be sound steep but the face mist can last you for good 3-4 months and with just 3 essential ingredients, it s absolutely safe for your skin too. If I don t find any better face mist till this can is over, I might buy the La Roche-Posay Serozinc again.
