Living with oily skin that is prone to breakouts can be very stressful especially during summer when the humidity is at an all time high. The Trial
A 100 ml tube of this face wash costs Rs 90 and it is widely available in almost every grocery and medical store, other than major e-commerce websites. The product claims to be soap free and has neem leaf extracts and tea tree oil that helps fight bacteria and also remove excess oil. The face wash is in the form of a gel that is light green in colour and the tube is easy to use. As the directions for use mentioned on the tube, I used the face wash twice a day and continued using it for the next two to three months. I was very happy when the tube lasted for two months because small portions of the face wash is enough to clean your face.
My Review
The best part about the face wash is that it foams immediately and has a soothing effect after applying it on your skin. I have used several neem products in the past to fight against pimples but to be honest, I was always left disappointed. My sensitive skin would just get dried out or even more irritated. However, Garnier s neem face wash lives up to its promises. I noticed that two to three weeks after I started using the face wash, my skin did start clearing out. The redness around the pimples completely went away at first and then so did the boils. It is not as effective in fighting against whiteheads but it is definitely one of the best anti-pimple face washes available in the Indian market and I highly recommend it! You could also try these 5 tea tree oil packs for clear skin.
