Not everyone is born with plump lips but if you envy Angelina Jolie s and Kim Kardashian s fuller lips, you can now join the club. While you do not have to use lip fillers, you can now make your lips appear full with a few makeup tricks. Hear them out from beauty expert Nandini Agarwal from Marvie Ann Beck Academy.
Conceal your lips
A concealer can make all the difference to your lips. Just dab a small amount of concealer on the bottom of your lower lip so that your pout looks fuller than it usually is. Also, try using this homemade sugar scrub to get fuller looking lips.
Line your lips
A liner is a must if you want to fake full lips. Line your lips a slightly outside your lip line with the shade of your choice. While the difference will only be a few millimetres but it can make a huge visual impact. Once you are done lining your lips, fill the rest of your lips with a lip pencil. Just make sure that your lips look one even colour.
Apply a satin-texture lipstick
To get fuller lips, stick to neutral colours with a satin finish. Darker shades can make your lips appear thinner and not give you a full looking pout. Lip colour with frosty finishes can also make your lips appear thin.
Apply some gloss
A bit of shine can also make your lips appear much fuller than they actually are. Just apply some gloss on the centre of your lower lip for a highlighting effect. You can also apply the gloss all over your lips to add dimension.
Highlight your lips
